New Year’s Eve Wedding

I just wanted to share some pictures from the wedding that I photographed on New Year’s Eve. Despite the weather it was a fantastic day. The bride and groom and their families and friends made me feel very welcome. I had the most helpful group of ushers ever, which meant I could concentrate on the photographs rather than running around looking for people. There was also the cutest and most photogenic group of flower girls that I have had the pleasure of photographing. Both venues were great and I would especially like to mention the staff at Woodlands Park Hotel  who really went out of their way to help with the challenges of photographing inside due to the rain.

All this and I finished in time to go out myself for New Years’ Eve – a satisfying days work.

Pop-up studio in Streatham.

On Monday 18th November I will be hosting a pop-up photographic studio downstairs at Serendipity Tea Room, 241-243 Streatham High Road, London SW16 6EN. This is a great opportunity to get photographic portraits of your family that could be used as Christmas presents, without the expense of paying a session fee.

The pop up studio will run from 2.30pm –5pm and there is no need to book, simply turn up.

There will be a viewing session two weeks later on Monday 2nd December from 3pm-4.30pm where you can order prints and view examples of different products (although if you cannot make this you will be able to view the images online).

As a special Christmas offer standard prints will be available from £10. Framed prints, canvas prints, digital files and photo books will also be available.

The weather has been awful the last few days, bringing an end to one of my favourite times of year for location photography. Luckily before all the beautiful autumn leaves were stripped from the trees I had a few opportunities to take some toddlers into the woods and shoot some portraits. I’m sharing a selection of my favourites so you can remember the golden colours a little longer. Enjoy.
